½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil (for searing)

How to Make Garlic Alfredo Chicken Meatballs
Step 1: Mix & Shape
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently (don't overwork it!). Roll into 1.5-inch meatballs.
Step 2: Sear the Meatballs
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and sear until golden brown on all sides (about 6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside-they'll finish cooking in the sauce.
Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Pour in the cream and stir. Let simmer gently for 2-3 minutes, then add Parmesan and stir until melted and smooth.
Step 4: Add Spinach & Meatballs
Add the baby spinach and stir until wilted. Return meatballs to the pan. Cover and simmer on low for 10-12 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and the sauce thickens.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and more Parmesan. Serve over fettuccine, rice, or mashed potatoes.
